When I rang Wollaston motors direct when the problem arose they were unable to book me in and could not offer me any service booking for a full week even though the fault, according to the manual, required attention as soon as possible.

The car was pressure washed clean which lifted lacquer on the wheels, I am now in the middle of a responsibility issue between Wollaston (my local dealer) and Sytner High Wycombe (the supplier). I have had the car less than thirty days.

The sales and finance team have all the information needed there is no tooing and froing to find answers to your questions as they are prepared. The paperwork was all organised when I arrived to collect the car so the transition was seamless.

It only took us a couple of hours to make the deal on the day. Andrew Woodhouse allowed us to test drive on our own for nearly an hour which was excellent. With the actual experience we had, it helped us to make a decision to purchase.

Felt rushed through with no real breakdown given to me if service - decided to get front brakes pads done elsewhere due to the excessive price quoted only to find that when pads were bring replaced that the rear needed replacing as well!
