I requested that my service be completed by 2pm and it was prioritised to ensure it was ready for me to collect on my way home from work.

The standard of the work and advice proffered by Wollaston was - as usual - first class in every respect.
As per my above comments once the car was booked in I was told different things to get the courtesy car & that they couldnt fix the issue. Apparently BMW know about this fault but dont have a fix for it. Its been 2.5 weeks & ive heard nothing!

I was told my mini would be ready for me roughly on the 20th may, I got a phone call saying it was ready for collection on the 1th may! Very very quick turn around
Had booked a time slot to wait for a bulb to be changed but had to wait over an hour before telling them I was still waiting and no-one had even taken my key yet. Very disappoi ting and already a second visit for this to take place.

Polite and efficient the service team completed the job on time. I was able to work in comfortable surroundings whilst waiting.
Car needed compounded and repolished due to hairline scratches over parts of the vehicle
Lack of commitment to give times when would be completed as needed car from mid afternoon, so made alternative arrangements, only for me to get a call at 10.30am to say it was ready for collection. Also, reversing camera not right since it came back.
Customer not treated with sufficient interest/respect. Business Manager anonymous. Would have expected a handshake from Sales Manager to personally thank me for business. Experience 'nothing like' recent family purchases from Mazda & M. Benz.
Took the car in first thing - it wasn't investigated until later in the day and wasn't ready that day. Following day was misinformed that the car would not be ready only to then be told it was ready. Collected the next day.
The service side i cannot fault however i came in November for a winter health check. I asked the advisor for the price of a dash cam. he said he would have a price when i came to pick my car up, this never happened, still waiting !!!

The small problem I had with the car should never have been there in the first place , The BMW 140 point examination leaves a lot to be desired, and inter department communication needs some attention .The problem however was sorted

The job was completed to a high standard and a very slight blemish in the paintwork was dealt with immediately .
It was very organised and the staff made the experience easy to continue a normal day even though my Mini was in for a recall on the convertible roof.

. I had been told the check would take 1.5 hrs on the phone when booking, when I got to the showroom I was told it would be 2 hours. I had a text to show the checks so walked back and the car was still being washed. It was more like 2.5 hours
