In general the sales staff were helpful, friendly and polite. When the car was handed over it was not immaculate and was dirty in a couple of places on the interior. I do not blame the sales staff for, perhaps have a look at your prep team?

We were kept informed during the whole process

Called Wollaston on Friday afternoon as I needed a new tyre ,mine was pot hole damaged. I was called back later and managed to get car booked in on Monday morning first thing.

Simply because this day was a complete waste of time. I was without a car all day, which I accepted based on the work being undertaken which is not only unacceptable, but disappointing & frustrating.

Only disappointment was that my car wasn't cleaned which normally is part of the service. However, I appreciate that the centre is temporary so might have the facilities.

Victoria Babb was incredible. From my initial phone call to Wollaston not really knowing what I wanted, she was informative about what options were available, explained all the new details of the countryman and kept me fully updated.
