Dealing with Kyle at Wollaston Motors was easy, fast and transparent from the get go. Every stage of the process was very efficient and effectively handled from the initial meet, to demo and ultimately the handover.

All my questions were answered, they were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up being there till after their opening hours but we weren't made to feel a nuisance and they still took time with us.

The pressure to get evidence to support my PCP was abit stressful as I was ending a contract with a previous brand and the next day with mini, but that was not jacks doing.

Overall the car service, car condition and service in person I could not fault. However, the call service prior to service the service was unfriendly and didn't listen to myself.

Absolutely great. Can't fault them. Kind courteous. What I like is the front of house style person. The person who greats you. Makes a huge difference- just pointing you in the right direction. Offering coffee while you wait doesn't help either.
