dealt with Riley and the Sales Manager who were very helpful & made purchasing the car a pleasure only 4 stars as the cleaning fluid they gave me leaked all in the boot and the car now smells awful when I emailed to advise the return email was poor

The sales person - Riley, was professional and polite throughout the whole procedure. He kept me well informed and was very helpful. He was very honest and being newish if there was something he didnt know he was very open and actively seeked advice.

Superb customer service updates daily on a big job to be done on our mini clubman. Taylor and Keeley on c.s.D were excellent and the mechanics finally got our car back on the road. 5 stars all round

Slow to look at my car to inform of issue, went over the 24-72hr timeframe. Pointless video sent to me telling me what I already knew, that there was a leak. Could barely understand what the mechanic was saying too. Extortionate quote for repair.

As always, the service was excellent! My car was booked in for its MOT and I stayed on site which was very comfortable. All staff were very polite and friendly and the young lady that was dealing with my car was a delight! Thanks again Wollaston.
