dealt with Riley and the Sales Manager who were very helpful & made purchasing the car a pleasure only 4 stars as the cleaning fluid they gave me leaked all in the boot and the car now smells awful when I emailed to advise the return email was poor

Excellent right from when car collected to return. Slightly confused as to why after new tyre fitted, the next day I received message to set tyre pressure. I assumed the mechanic would have done that!

Unfortunately the receptionist was quite dismissive when I arrived and told me twice I needed to book my car in. She wasn't listening to me. After explaining 3 times, she finally listened and was helpful.

I was quoted one price for the service and the tried to charge me a higher price. It took two trips by the assistant to the manager to authorise the right price that has been quoted and the assistant implied I had been lying!

The sales person - Riley, was professional and polite throughout the whole procedure. He kept me well informed and was very helpful. He was very honest and being newish if there was something he didnt know he was very open and actively seeked advice.

Slow to look at my car to inform of issue, went over the 24-72hr timeframe. Pointless video sent to me telling me what I already knew, that there was a leak. Could barely understand what the mechanic was saying too. Extortionate quote for repair.

Got there in the end! It took me 5 calls across 3 days to get the repair booked in. Price followed a day or 2 later. Delivered the car for the repair as scheduled, but you then discovered the replacement part was broken. Had to book again. Not great!

Still not 100% happy with the running of the engine. having to pay for a diagnostic check every time and not finding anything is a very expensive thing to do .

Superficially service good. however an issue has been caused with the soft top, on return to me the soft top was/is patchy in colour. When bringing this to the attention of a clerk, no responsibility was taken due to no one else having complained.
