It took over two weeks for the correct paperwork to be comoleted by Mini uk for me to be able to collect my new car. I believe that this is not the fault of the dealership.

We were very happy with the process. Jack was friendly, professional and helpful the whole way through the process. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and Jack let us go at our pace. Communication was great and the handover was great.
