Although there was a delay in delivery due to Covid and then the Ukraine/Russia war I was kept informed regularly during the 6/7month wait.

I'm thankful to say that the service didn't change from my previous experience, and so regardless of whether it was a pre-loved Mini or New you are treated exactly the same. They made the day of collection really special, and were enthusiastic.

Debbie was amazing. Even though I got my car through mobility, I still received the same textile service I would of expected had I been purchasing the car any 'normal' way. She kept me regularly updated and through and through 10/10 service!
