Generally very satisfied. For me the only thing stopping it being 5 star was the late 3pm call to let me know that other work was advised and if I wanted to go ahead they needed an answer pretty much instantly so they could order the parts.

Issue now resolved with gear controller. 2 parts fitted. Had been repaired beforeby replacing one part but issue still intermittently not working. Reported last year at service but could not find fault. Gear stick now feels so different.

The top score was outside your control as the part that I needed ended up being part of a larger unit and no longer sold as separates - far more expensive than I needed - but you were good at minimising the cost to me and completing the job promptly

Overall pleased with the result (alloy wheel repair) but car not left in the condition I have come to expect from mini. Possibly because repair was off site. Seat position altered, dust cap missing, repair wheel tyre pressure .3 bar above the others
