Everyone at the Mini centre was genuinely friendly which made my experience at the MINI centre an enjoyable one

All my questions were answered, they were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up being there till after their opening hours but we weren't made to feel a nuisance and they still took time with us.

The pressure to get evidence to support my PCP was abit stressful as I was ending a contract with a previous brand and the next day with mini, but that was not jacks doing.

Waited from 8am till 12:30pm for my car to be completed. Had to chase up and believe car was actually finished in carpark but forgot to inform me. Charged £2.50 to clean my window screen & also charged for a part even though I have full warranty.

Tyres needed changing- took car over, loaned a car, phone call once home saying key card not working, returned to wait for fitting and card set up. Receptionist quite rude, salesman did not set up key card at time of sale. Manager apologised.
