I phoned to book it in and was told the next available date was in 3 weeks time, I was told if I wanted it done sooner I should have called sooner, but you can't book you car in until the service light comes on, Peugeot 2 day wait from ringing them

There was nothing to fault - I was sent a video clip of the checks done on tryres and brakes. A new feature? I liked that. My car was returned cleaner than I left it. All questions answered regarding motorway driving with PHEV set up.
Communication was weekly, delivery took a while but that wasn't the centres fault. I assume it was brexit. I do wish I'd realised I had a choice on car mats though. I wanted a mini logo!

I was kindly asked if I wanted my car cleaning, which I said yes to. However it took the best part if 45 mins. The service lady did finally come over and tell me there had been a sudden rush in the cleaning area.
