never did received video report on an issue but been told it been send and got offer to came and have a look at the garage, like I have time now to just go there was no question ask for alternative mobile number or possibly email to send

Fault returned hours after workshop visit.
Through no one's fault there was an unavoidable delay in handing over my new car. Everything possible was done to minimise the impact on me. The sales advisor was excellent and made the whole purchasing experience fun.
Told there was nothing wrong with my tyre by a qualified Mini technician when it kept deflating abnormally, took car to a local garage after and they found the problem instantly, replaced the part that was faulty free of charge with no hassle.

Everything was fine but I feel the valeting service could be better. My local Tesco's does a better job.
For the second year running I am going to have to return after a service as they did not reset the computer in the car so everytime I start my car it tells me my service is due 02/2019. ??

I thought the video of the brake inspection was an excellent innovation.
For my issue the facts were very scarce until by coincidence the engineer appeared and I could hear the facts directly. I do not think the customer service team had been properly updated

Arrangements for service were made by Sapphire Irvine, who was extremely helpful and took the trouble to ensure that I was completely clear on the Warranty Check service and Mot details. Thus instilling customer confidence. Well done.
Very happy with all aspects of buying my mini
All was done satisfactorily . Front and rear brake pads were replaced . One set originally thought to be needed though both were found necessary so bit more work than expected. However my one hour while you wait appointment turned into almost 3

Just some questions on Mini connect they were unable to answer leaving me with a tiny but irritating non functionality of the app. Otherwise everything else great.
